Earlier this year before the world was overwhelmed, we hosted a Sea Together Canada Inspired retreat, a week filled with creativity, adventure, reflection, and the ocean in bringing us together. We lucked out with our sea-filled week that was all different types of waves given to us by our beloved ocean. We took some adventures together and appreciated the love of cold water surf culture.

One of our sea-sisters who joined the retreat said our week ended up flowing together so perfectly: “Being in the line up together when the conditions were right for all of our skill levels, learning new things about places, sunset surf, meals together, short but meaningful workshop elements, yoga adapted for what our bodies needed in the moment, dynamic planning that also changed based on weather, needs, new ideas, etc…” Take a dip into our photos below from the retreat.

We had a crabbing and river excursion in the midst of a week of surf! We were so grateful to Numi Tea for providing some of their lovely organic teas good for us and the earth, as well as their new Daily Super Shot series. We were also stoked to have our friends at Go-Macro be apart of our week with their incredible plant-based, sustainable bars that were perfect for our surf-packed week. We practices all sorts of yoga with Ariana and tested out the PSO-RITE muscle massagers for our tired shoulders and backs. We were grateful to Dave’s Killer Bread for providing us organic, non-GMO, bread filled with healthy grains.

Each Sea Together retreat we host is so unique depending on the location and sea-sisters that join us, but each time we learn so much more about how in our differences we can come together to celebrate our love of surfing, the ocean, and grow in our creative minds. In a world of differences, we can celebrate them all and come together to expand our mind on new adventures together.
